Aa-charlink

- Renamed "Imported Apps" menu name to "CharLink Admin"
- Removed "CHARLINK_IGNORE_APPS" setting
- Removed the ignored apps tab
- Added buttons in "Imported" tab to ignore a login option. This replaces the removed setting.
- Added buttons to change the initial default selection of login options.
