Afh-dl

- Fixed `choice`'s default value, made valid choice checking better

- Fixed the entrypoint specified in `setup.py` so options are actually processed.
- Added help information, accessed through `-h, --help`.

Install via PyPi is the preferred method:

pip install afh-dl
