Ai-signal

Extensions:
- Resources ranked lower then the minimal threshold are not imported.
- Resources ranked above maximum threshold are directly fetched fully and
marked as good, with a green color.
- Other resources are marked with an orange color, you can either fetch
the content or remove them.

Bugs:
- removed resources are no longer visible
- resources list is refreshed after content is fetched or resources
removed
- resources order now works, and can be toggled

This is the initial release. An alpha release that **DOES NOT WORK**.
It has all components, the code is clean, it's ready to be developed, but it still does not do what it promises.

It's basically under heavy development.
