- fixed a bug in the primer trimming module, primers are trimmed correctly and anchoring is applied to both ends if enabled.

- apscale can now automatically merge replicates and remove the maximum number of reads found in the negative controls
- the respective tab in the settings file has been added: 7_replicate_negative_controls
- replicate merging and negative controsl substraction is **optional** and can be enabled by setting the respective field to TRUE
- apscale assumes that replicates can be distiguished by a common delimiter (e.g. Sample1_A, Sample1_B). This delimiter has to be specified in the settings
- apscale also assumes that all negative controls have a common prefix that cannot be find in the remaining samples (e.g. NC_1, NC_2 and so on)
