Release candidate 1

This release:
- generates HTML output files
- makes notebook and HTML output files downloadable via the web UI
- adds timestamps to generated filenames so that they are no longer overwritten on subsequent job invocations
- adds send to Slack integration
- fixes logging and writes more logging information to disk
- improves documentation.
