Async-message-handler

Fixed event handler runtime issue by covering:
* Unhandled exceptions while dispatching event handlers.

Added messaging feature from Process to asyncio context.

* Added "on" decorator for event handling.
* Added NewMessage event handler feature.
* Changed example file and readme respecting to new features.

Hotfixes for gitignore and package structure.

First release.
