aus-local-councils` now gets all local councils (537 of them, Google is lying to you).
- Now uses ECSA (Electoral Commission of South Australia) to get a list of *LGAs* for SA. - Fixed a typo (*hmtl* to *html*). - Now gets all 77 Victorian councils, instead of 27.
