This release has a number of changes:
- some technical things that should include the inclusion of `LICENCE` and `README` in the final PyPI package
- Some moving of code, both in and out of the repo, in order to create a much cleaner separation between the low level `badapted` package and any implemented toolbox which uses this package
- Relatively extensive and hopefully accurate help in the `README` on how to create your own experiment toolbox using `badapted`
