Bdo-empire

Readme fix release for PyPI users.

Removes external data initialization dependency.

- utilize bundled data instead of initializing from remote
- change 'group' and 'warehouse' to 'region' throughout
- use multiprocessing and `region_workers.json` during value generation
- use new `exploration.json` throughout data generation

- when Ancado Inner Harbor has an active worker ensure it connects to Valencia or Shakatu.

- Fix package data path finding

- Update median lvl 40 workers for LoML2
