Fixes
Update to latest API version. Fixed;
- Models being outdated
- Removed None returns, replaced with Exceptions
- Upgrade to python 3.12.

Updating
`py -m pip install --upgrade beatsaver`

Requires python 3.12 or greater.

Fixes
- Importing the library no longer instantly crashes your code.
- Changed library name from `BeatSaverPython` to `beatsaver`
