Behavython is a program based on the original code by Flávio Mourão that is used together with a specific bonsai workflow to analyze data extracted from behavioral sessions of two specific tasks performed with mice: Elevated Plus Maze and Open Field
Important
First, the user needs to process the videos in bonsai to extract information about the position of the subjects. Then, with the data and a picture of the arena, our program analyzes and outputs various types of useful information about the experiment (Check the examples folder)
Second, the filenames shouldn't have spaces _(E.g.: animal sample data **should be** animal_sample_data)_
Highlights:
- Add VY icon to the interface's main window
- Make the entries graph more readable
- Add bicubic interpolation for image resizing
- Fix indexing when making the quadrant entries
