Updated the self-attention kernel context manager to work with more recent versions of PyTorch, as the previous version will become incompatible.
**From bio-attention 0.1.7 onwards, PyTorch version 2.3.0 and up should be used.**

Code has been slightly changed. When Attention is called with `causal=True` and no `mask` is passed, it will now allow for Flash-Attn to be used.
