1.2.0

- various bugfixes
- Introduced a new type of broken record: "IncompleteTaxonomy". When the taxonomy is not clear for all hits. e.g. an entirely missing class name, BOLDigger2 will return the label "IncompleteTaxonomy". This is comparable to the "NoMatch" and "BrokenRecord" hit and can be treated as such.

1.1.1

Some minor bugfixes, user output about query size, added missing dependencies.

1.0.7

- added an optional argument to use user-defined thresholds to the identify function. See readme for details

1.0.5

- fixed a bug for large queries: When the species record download took too long (>1000 sequences) BOLDigger2 was logged out from the BOLD website. This led to the "all records" download function only to download a single record and omitting all others because of restrictions from the BOLD website. Now, BOLDigger2 will store the username and the password temporarily and will perform a second login before gathering "all records" download links
- Added an optional argument upon user request. For automated integration into pipelines -username and -password can be added as an optional argument to bypass the request by BOLDigger2
