Booty

Updates to the [booty](https://github.com/slightlynybbled/booty) project allowed more nuanced control. This release reflects that update.

The executable is labeled 'win7', but that is only b/c it is the platform that it was tested on.

Basic programming/verification through UART.

Initial release of GUI for [booty](https://github.com/slightlynybbled/booty), a command-line bootloader utility.
