Minor (but breaking) change
The directory created by `brainglobe-segmentation` has been renamed from `manual_segmentation` to `segmentation`. This reflects compatibility with automated segmentation plugins.

To use this version with data saved with previous versions, you can rename the directory to `segmentation` manually.
