Buscolite

- reduce extra threads in threadpoolexecutor
- move to CalVer versioning (date)

- bug fixes and minor adjustments to the stats output

Initial release of buscolite

- uses `miniprot` to do ancestral protein to genome alignments
- uses `pyhmmer` to do all HMM searches
- compatible with `augustus v3.5.0`
