Polishing the package for integration into cblaster

- Aligning CLI option labels
- Synchronising conda environments and pip dependencies

Bugfix:

- Fixed issue with not removing an unexisting temporary file when hit recovery was disabled.

Stand-alone tool that can be run in interaction with cblaster in the CLI.
