Bug Fix for complicated steps of multiline strings that use if statements where the step would fail although the user command entered was a valid command

- Added a feature to the run command where the environment variables and current working directory are preserved when chaining calls to tasks within tasks.
- Added more detail to the "caos check" command to validate that the version numbers match the ones defined within the caos.yml
- Improved the README.md file for easier understanding

The version 2.1.0 introduces the support for tar.gz packages in the dependencies section of the caos.yml file as well as introduces a new init flag that uses a simpler template and does not create a new virtual environment ("caos init --simple")

No difference with the version 2.0.2 besides the fact that changes to images in the readme were made

- Change the ANSICON third party library to Colorama for better compatibility in windows environments
- Update the readme file so that it is presented better in PyPi

Update the Readme files to display properly in PyPi and show a RecursionError when the depth of recursion has been exceeded
