Minor improvements:

- Handle links or directories properly
- Improve documentation

A variety of small bug fixes and changes to the documentation to improve stability.

Improves shell integration in multiple shells and tries to force system python in the plugin.

This release changes no functionality but simply enables python package based installation.

Adds ZSH specific plugin goodies, namely a `$TRASH` variable.

Also fixes a couple of small bugs.

Adds support for `shred` to be used when deleting files, which will force disable recycling.

Also adds a few bug fixes and documentation changes.
