- 0.4.0 was modernizing the package to deal with the breaking changes in the python ecosystem over the last few years. This package was originally written for python 2.x 15 years ago), so there were a few. Notably `importlib` issues.
- 0.4.1 was not a functional change, but including linting / formatting and a few other quality of life changes.
