ceODBC 3.0 has just been released. Only Python 3.6 and higher are now supported. ceODBC is now a package using Cython for speedups. Tox is now used for testing. See the [release notes](https://ceodbc.readthedocs.io/en/latest/releasenotes.html#version-3-0) for more information.
