- Minor tweak to error reporting. Now prints error rather than just giving a generic message.

Removed unneeded print statements which were resulting in duplicate mention of indicators.

- Replaced Entrust email with URL
- Restored ability to print report without a certificate. This had been broken at some point.
- Extended capability to print report from MalwareBazaar without file being signed.

- Statement regarding suspicious indicators does not trigger without indicators being listed.

- Set Certum certificates to trigger the slim reports. Currently this can't be overridden.

- Merged branch from ForensicITGuy to add more details from VirusTotal API into the report.
- Adds YARA Rule hits, Sigma Rule hits, and extracted configs

In this version of the application, a local database will be created in the user's home directory. The purpose of this database is to keep a record of certificates revoked. The database can be used to augment the user's report or can be used simply for documentation purposes.
