Requires Charlatano

**Install Instructions:**

- Download the `charlagui.exe` file below.
- Place in the Charlatano folder where the start script is (after building or in the folder you get from the releases)
- Run the CharlaGUI

You will have to restart Charlatano after saving to update settings. Too lazy to add that tonight so I'll do it tomorrow :)
