Cloudbandpy

CloudBand class has been optimized.

Simplify how the process with dates to lay the ground to further developments (transition to netcdf files)

In cloud band object, add 2 variables:
- connection to potential vorticity structure
- connection to equatorial wave

Update code post paper review
