Cloudshell-shell-core

- add use web API. Cloudshell server can now communicate if the server is using a "Web API" endpoint. This is useful for customers who want to take advantage of better performance at high load. Connectivity context will now send an indication that is using a web API endpoint

- get shell info only once

- use logging v2
- use "cloudshell" as default log_category
- always use resource name as log file prefix, earlier app name could be used in a sandbox
- add info about installed Python packages to exec info
- add info about the Shell version and whether it's official to exec info
- remove Python2 support
