This is the initial release for this theme. It contains the following features:

- Based on the pydata-sphinx-theme (https://github.com/pydata/pydata-sphinx-theme)
- Custom header and body text fonts, Nunito and Open Sans, respectively
- Custom Top level navigation (this can be overridden)
- Custom icon navigation (this can be overridden)
- Custom logo in top level navigation
- Placement of top level navigation in the sidebar by default
