Ported `c3pp` release script. Given a chain file `chain_c0001.h5`, the fits files and figures can be created using
python -m cosmoglobe release -all chain_c0001.h5 BURN_IN VERSION
where `BURN_IN` is the integer number of Gibbs iterations to ignore, and `VERSION` is a string that indicates the version.
