Designating this the first release (though there have been a few patches, hence the tag 1.0.4). Previous iterations needed bugfixes to the import behavior and additional documentation in the README.rst file. Another update will take place within the next few weeks to link to the PathCORE paper preprint and an example use case of ``crosstalk_correction``.
