Tiny release to make `imagePullPolicy` to `Always` by default

Minor fix to remove K8S services when an instance does not have any exposed ports.

Added two new arguments for some CLI commands:

- `-t`: specify a challenge host on CTFd if it does not match the CTFd host
- `-r`: specify a container repository path to prefix Docker tags with

ctf docker list` command

Tiny version update to sort challenges alphabetically.
