+ New [Toolbox](https://bamresearch.github.io/ctsimu-toolbox/toolbox.html) commands:
- Reconstruction configurations directly from metadata files.
- Scenario standardization: updates scenario files to the latest version supported by the toolbox.
- Recursive post-processing: runs flat-field correction, writes reconstruction configs and standardizes scenario files in all subfolders of a given directory.
