Curapackagedeployer

* Added method to check the remote build status with Ultimaker, optionally throws an exception if the build failed (showing the remote error message as well)
* Code cleanup and more robust API calls

First release of `CuraPackageDeployer`, basic functionality works.

* Create a ZIP archive of the plugin
* Upload the archive to Ultimaker
* Create or update the package release
* Submit the release for review
