Major update of the `d2s` CLI focus:
* Focus on the scaffolding side to use serverless services such as GitHub Actions to run data processing pipelines, or OpenShift for large scale data processing
* Implemented `d2s upload` which use a RDF4J with java to upload RDF files to a SPARQL endpoint
* Dropping support for CWL workflows
* Removing the `d2s-core` git submodule and related docker commands
