Dageo

Add a small check and a warning that 1/alphas (ESMDA inflation parameter) sums to 1.

resmda` is renamed to `dageo`, to reflect its more general nature for the future (not only ESMDA; not necessarily related to reservoir modelling).

A simple 2D reservoir simulator and a straight-forward implementation of the basic *ensemble smoother with multiple data assimilation* (ES-MDA) algorithm as presented by Emerick and Reynolds, 2013.

The value of the code lies in its
- simplicity and ease of use;
- ability to be used as ES-MDA engine with any forward modelling or simulation code;
- the gallery, showing currently the following examples:
- *Linear and non-linear ES-MDA examples*: explaining the principle
- *2D Reservoir ESMDA example*: demonstrating a basic reservoir modelling example
- *2D Fluvial Reservoir ESMDA example*: more complex reservoir example with channels
- *Geothermal Case Study*: show-casing how to use external codes (here DARTS)
- *Localization*: demonstrating how to use ES-MDA with localization
