Changes:
- flip the naming an order for the `HelicityAngles` from `theta_rf, psi_rf` to `phi_rf, theta_rf`

- Generation of decay topologies automated and manual
- Filtering of topologies by intermediat states or sets of intermediate states
- Generation of helicity angles for the helicity, minus-phi and canonical conventions
- Generation of alignment Wigner Rotation angles for helicity, minus-phi and canonical conventions
- General set of kinematic functions and library capable of decoding Lorentz boosts with sensitivity for $2 \pi$ rotations
The code is accompanied by a set of notebooks exploring the angular space of different decays and topologies aswell as a simple Amplitude for a 3 body decay.
