Fixed yscale issue.

Fixed a matplotlib axis scaling bug. Added compatibility to use pandas dataframe instead. Changed default parameters to be more sensible.

Added "alpha" setting for "scatter" mode

Added "contour" mode

Added the option to plot on bioexponential scale ('logicle' implementation originally from FlowCal package)
