There is no need to release `discfit` here, because the installed and the latest version can be shown by `pip search discfit`, the latest version can be installed by `pip install -U discfit`, and the latest package is available at https://pypi.python.org/pypi/discfit. However I may sometimes release here when I want to draw attention of the new feature or bug fix of the update.
