Discord-ext-autoreload

- Fix sub-packages in extensions directory being completely ignored.
- This means that Reloader now properly handles changes in extensions inside the sub-directories of extensions directory.
- Nest as many folders you want and reloader will properly handle all changes
- Minor performance improvements.
