Breaking Changes
The type returned by the histogram function changes from *List[Tuple[float, float]]* to *Tuple[List[float], List[float]]*. This new signature is the same than [numpy.histogram](https://numpy.org/doc/stable/reference/generated/numpy.histogram.html).
