Use smart_str instead of smart_text, bump version to 1.0.7.

- replace ugettext_lazy with gettext_lazy
- only define default_app_config for django version < 3.2
- replace url() with path()

- Make PushMessageAdmin fully read only

- Fix settings bug which prevents enabling ios sandbox mode
