Dlmhelper

This package includes functions and custom data types to help with performing and analyzing dynamic linear model fits. This is the first pre-release of the upgraded v1.0.0 which is built on v0.1.0 which was released as a supplementary example code provided for [10.5194/egusphere-2023-1680](https://egusphere.copernicus.org/preprints/2023/egusphere-2023-1680/) available on [Zenodo](http://www.doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.8178927).

This is the initial release of the dlm_helper package. This code was created to aid with the time series analysis of atmospheric trace gases (see [this code example on Zenodo](10.5281/zenodo.8178927)), but should be applicable to other time series data. Future releases aim to generalize the code and extend the capabilities.
