Changelog
- Switch from arguments for parameters given with config file in JSON. Example `config.json` included in the repository with all modifiable parameters and their default values.
- Add the ability to provide colors with RGBA for optional opacity.
- Change the coloring of the tetrad. syn/anti will now affect the font color of the label. ONZ notation will determine the color of the nucleotides in the tetrad.
- Add the ability to override the coloring of individual nucleotides. It can be configured in config file with a dictionary of `"nucleotide-fullname": "RGBA"` entries, ie. `"A.DG12": "E23D28AA"`. This affects only the coloring of the nucleotide rectangle.
- Fix the problem if the user provided parameter `angle` equal to 0.
- Properly deal with `text_width.svg` temporary file so it is not located in the user directory and deleted after the program finishes.
- Add example input structures and their expected output. Located in `examples` folder.
