Things are like the alpha, but it works now!

This is **ALPHA QUALITY**, meaning that it's still pretty borked. But feel free to `pip install` the `.whl` file to give it a look!
Right now it:
- Transfers policies with proper inheritance structure
- Assigns proper rules to LI, IM, IPS, and FW modules
- Transfers all lists and scheduled/event-based tasks
- Logs activity to stdout
Notable deficiencies (in order of what I'm working on):
1. Antimalware configs are broken (only works with "No configuration")
2. No application control yet
3. Only about 30% takes advantage of the SDK (most of it is still based on the PH code)
4. Only tested on DS20->C1, so likely a lot of hidden bugs

This is an MVP release, so know there's going to be a lot of bugs and a lot of jank. Download the whl, then pip install it and follow the rest of the readme instructions.
