The database build scripts have been overhauled to allow more flexibility when dealing with non-CALIFA datasets.

First official release of CARMA EDGE database. This updates the table edge_califa.csv from tag 1.7.1.

This is the first release where the CO and CALIFA data at matched resolution are bundled together into the same HDF5 files.
