Effectsize

Updates:
* Installable via. conda-forge
* Documentation updated

Note v0.0.2 is available on PyPI and conda-forge, just not on GitHub due to some issues with creating the release. The only difference between v0.0.2 and the initial release is that the documentation was updated.

First release of `effectsize`, a Python package for computing effect sizes.

Additional work currently under way:

* Making the package installable via. conda-forge channels
* Creating a Zenodo upload with doi-tagged documentation
* Publication of a paper detailing in full detail the statistical methods used
