Refactoring, updates to instruments and minor changes to analysis core. (most useful is likely `Data.to_DataFrame`)

Updates from previous versions include improved functionality in data merging, sorting, and concatenating in analysis, as well as streamlined plotting, increased number of and more standardized code across instruments in control.

I have also added a couple of installable experiments. These are most useful either to researchers in an identical, or closely related field (ferroelectrics/multiferroics), or as examples of how one can build out an experiment using this package.

First Release with core functionality of analysis and control.

Bug fixes and changes to core functionality. Functions on data are much better supported and one should consider analysis.core.functions_on_data.data_array_builder and analysis.core.functions_on_data.iterable_data_array for building functions on data. There are also several updates to control functionality and updated instrumentation. Documentation has been significantly improved.
