Enderchest

This is an emergency hotfix release that fixes two medium-to-high severity bugs:

What's Changed
* When creating or updating `allowed_symlinks.txt`, EnderChest will now fully resolve the path to your EnderChest (126)
* The `--exclude` parameter will now be used for _all_ sync operations within a run, not just the first (and _especially_ not when that first operation is a dry run :man_facepalming:) (128)

This release mostly focuses on quality-of-life improvements and bugfixes, but the headline feature is that it's now easy to "break" your EnderChest and replace all your centralized asset management with hard copies of everything federated out to each of your instances.
