OK, I have tested this from a regular pycharm debugger instance, as well as freezing and opening the frozen app, on all three platforms. Everything works, although the frozen apps won't run multiprocessing on Windows or Mac. (As soon as EnergyPlus becomes thread-safe we can just use multithreading behind the scenes and all will be well!!)
Anyway, I think it would be good to get some others to try it out, and I also need to test out pip installing it onto all three platforms and making sure it is good there -- it should be. Once that is tested out, this should be ready to be moved to version 2.0, the PR merged, and tagged at v2.0.
