Bugfixes and small refactor. Handling of spike features more in line with rest of `ephyspy` features now.

First workable release. Does not yet address all of 2 4 7 8 , but usable enough to warrant a first version tag after major rewrite from a functional form to an object based feature representation. See [example.ipynb](https://github.com/berenslab/ephyspy/blob/main/example.ipynb) for the advantages.
