* Introduced `user_examples` section in notebooks folder, where example
notebooks from users can be collected.
* Changed toolbox to use external `xcube-cci` package for access to the ODP and
removed redundant modules in the toolbox. This change has no functional effect
on the toolbox, as together with the `xcube-cci` package it can be used as
before.
