* Bug fix for `keywordIdentifier` not getting picked up during fact upload

- Support to check datastream's live monitoring status
- Renamed `tagIdentifier` to `keywordIdentifier`
- Renamed `additionalTag` to `additionalKeyword`

- Supports Python 3.4 or higher

No significant changes. APIs are same as previous version.

Support for new batched datastream
